  Rex Stevens, President and CEO 

Rex Stevens is the President and CEO of iParse and co-founder.  Having been with iParse from its initial inception, he has deep experience in technology development, marketing, and executive management of business at all stages; from start ups, to turnarounds, to acquisitions and divestitures.  Having managed large and small technology businesses at the executive level with full worldwide P&L responsibility for over 20 years, he is particularly well suited to lead iParse as it develops and deploys its unique and innovative technologies.

Rex is a board member at Z Technology, Inc and the majority owner of Journey Two, LLC, a successful holding company.  He holds a BA in Communications and Management, two AAS technology degrees and is a graduate of the Mahler Advanced Management Skills Program.

Having spent 21 years with steadily increasing responsibilities at Tektronix, including 15 very successful years as an executive level business unit manager, he has been developing businesses and technology through his holding company since 2001.

   Mike Coleman, CTO 

Mike Coleman is the Chief Technology Officer of iParse and co-founder.  Leading the technology development at iParse, Mike’s broad background in many aspects of software and firmware allows him to lead the innovation, while establishing an efficient and disciplined development process.  He has deep cross platform knowledge with specific expertise in image processing and data management along with strong technology management experience.  He is fluent and highly effective in many programming and database management languages. 

Mike’s activities in industry standardization committees and successful technology start up experience position him well to lead the technology development at iParse .

After receiving his BSEE Mike has successfully contributed as a Principal Engineer, R & D Director, Manager of Advanced Codecs while operating his own technology consulting business for over 14 years.
